Term 3 Makeup Classes Dates and Details

Have you missed a class? Need to book in for a Makeup? Here's how...
We hope everyone is staying safe and being extra careful out there right now, given the recent events in the greater metro region, we anticipate that we will have more personal absences, and we encourage this as a matter of keeping our greater community of tennis players and their families safe.
As part of our COVID-SAFE plan, it is imperative that the following people not visit
Horizon Tennis facilities:
1. Anyone with COVID-19 or has been in direct contact with a known case of
COVID-19 in the previous 14 days.
2. Anyone with Flu-like symptoms or who is a high health risk (e.g. due to age or
pre-existing health conditions).
3. Anyone who has travelled internationally.
4. Anyone who has travelled to a COVID declared hotspot.
As per our Terms and Conditions for missed classes;
Missed classes due to personal absence or rain must be made up within the same term as the absence either for class or towards credit for holiday camp.
Makeup opportunities include, Horizon Tennis allocated makeup days, classes on the normal schedule with advertised availability (i.e within class registration calendar found here.
No refunds for missed classes due to personal absence or rain.

*Please do not preemptively register for a makeup day, only if you have missed a class.

Day 1 - Sunday 16th August
Blue Ball: 1:30pm - 2pm
Red Ball: 2:10pm - 2:40pm
Orange Ball: 2:50pm- 3:35pm
Green Ball: 3:45pm- 4:45pm
Day 2 - Sunday 13th of September
Blue Ball: 1:30pm - 2pm
Red Ball: 2:10pm - 2:40pm
Orange Ball: 2:50pm- 3:35pm
Green Ball: 3:45pm- 4:45pm
How to book in for a makeup class?

2. If you would prefer to book in to a normal class (that you do not normally attend) you must email admin@horizontennis.net to register before attending.
